HERMAN’S HERMITS – SOMETHING GOOD!

Herman’s Hermits were huge. They had more than 20 hits world-wide, including in the USA, the UK, Canada and Australia; They appeared in four movies, two of them as headliners; Heck, in one year they even outsold The Beatles in America! Yet remarkably, there has never been a book about their music – until now.

Music Historian Peter Checksfield (author of acclaimed books on The Rolling Stones, The Hollies, The Dave Clark Five, The Searchers and Cilla Black) looks at every record Herman’s Hermits made, from their earliest recordings in 1964 to their split in 1971: Demos, Singles, Albums, Outtakes, BBC recordings, and much, much more.
